We pride ourselves in giving our customers the best possible value for money with our Price Guarantee. We will refund you 110% of the difference if within 7 days of your delivery, you find the same package being offered online at a lower price.
To claim against our laptop package price guarantee, email us at customerservice@laptopshop.co.uk and include the following information:
- Your Invoice number.
- The exact product code of the item you found cheaper on the competitor's site.
- The exact page on the competitors website where you found the product cheaper, send a link to that URL.
- After review and verification of your claim we will credit your account accordingly.
Our laptop package price guarantee applies only to products available from online UK retailers and excludes products that are not new, of different specification and must be immediately available with the same value added services attached, online promotions such as special, bonus or free offers that are not at everyday prices and product which are sold under different terms and conditions, such as special financing, contract pricing or volume discount are exempt.
Guarantee only applies where applicable.
