Toshiba announce “high-end” tablet

Toshiba have announced plans for a high-end tablet device, due for release later this year.

The as yet unnamed device will run Google’s Android operating system – probably version 3.0 of the OS, Honeycomb – and will be powered by an Nvidia Tegra 2 dual core processor.
