Maxpower
Universal Li-ion Laptop Battery Packs
|
When you really need your laptop you can bet that the battery will go flat half way through whatever you are doing. You could buy a second laptop battery but that will normally only give you a couple of hours extra time and you have to shut down to change over the batteries, but with a Maxpower external laptop battery pack you could get up 9 hours extra time and without having to shut down and change over half way.
Now you can use your laptop for much longer duration's away from mains power, for example with a Maxpower 90 and a new Core duo or solo Sub-notebook you can get 12+ hours of working time, or continuous working for the duration of a non stop flight from London to Hong Kong.
Maxpower External Batteries use Li-polymer (an advanced version of Li-ion) cells that are powerful but lightweight and compact considering the energy that they can store.
The Maxpower universal battery pack work in place of your AC mains adapter and plug into your laptop DC power input socket when you are on the move and depending upon the make and model of your laptop you could get up to 9 hours extra running time (from Maxpower 90) plus the normal time from your laptops internal battery.
The
Maxpower range of universal batteries include the Maxpower
Slim 60, Maxpower
60 and Maxpower
90.

Each
Maxpower external battery pack comes complete with it own
charger and a range of Smart DC power tips that allow them
to be used with a very wide range of laptops from most of
the worlds manufacturers. The Smart tip system controls the
voltage output of the battery automatically so it can work
with a Toshiba that requires a 15V input and by just changing
the smart tip it will work with a Dell that needs 20V, there
are no switches or jumpers to change. The Smart tips are numbered
and a comprehensive list of laptop makes and models show you
which tip to use with your laptop. If you change your laptop
just change the tip to match.
