Refurbished & Second-User Laptop Conditions
Here at Laptopshop we are now detailing the cosmetic condition of our used and refurbished laptops. Let us be your eyes before purchase; the laptops are appraised by qualified engineers into the categories below.

Obviously we are only human and cannot guarantee satisfaction in all cases, as opinions vary from person to person, but we are being as sincere as possible. Whatever the condition code of the chosen laptop rest assured that it is covered by our full warranty and represents exceptional value for money.

Laptop Conditions
Excellent
This is for machines that are “as new” opened box and complete with excellent condition original box and manuals, recovery CD's where applicable*. Laptops with an Excellent condition rating show very minor signs of use.

Very Good
A Very Good condition rating is given to Laptops with virtually no visible markings but do not necessarily have the original box**, recovery CD's or manuals** where applicable*.

Good
A Good condition rating is given to Laptops with close up markings but do not necessarily have the original box**, recovery CD's or manuals** where applicable*.

Average
An Average condition rating is given to Laptops that are either older with acceptable end-user wear and tear but do not necessarily have the original box**, recovery CD's or manuals** where applicable*.

Average minus
An Average Minus condition rating is given to Laptops have detailed text for any clearly identified markings that are deemed to be beyond normal wear and tear, for example scratches, gouges, excessively worn keyboard/palm rest etc.

This condition will be reflected in the price and all tiers have a full warranty and in no way mechanically impede the laptops functionality. In certain cases where a machine has one small scratch but otherwise good it will be advertised as Good but with the detailed text for the condition.
